Present strength, excluding Commissioner, is 19 officers on permanent establislment together with Pittendrigh, Leyo, Haig-Brown end Dunkley who have served here during military administration and whose applications are under consideration by Colonial Cice Appointments Department. Total 25 ngainat new approved establishment of 26 excluding the Commienioner,
